  Please don't let my name fool you . I am a savvy business person. This company has taken many air conditioning and heating companies addresses hostage and using their generic name 800 number to capture your business.
  
  I called what I thought was my regular air conditioning repair company, booked an appointment and they sent a technician out to my home. When the technician arrived I did not recognize him and asked a few simple questions. What I was told was that my company - has outsourced their extra work to them and they send a technician. This is completely NOT true. Be very careful who you are letting in to your home.
  
  I called my regular company and told them my experience and booked my appointment with them.
  
  BE VERY AWARE THIS IS NOT YOUR REGULAR AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY. YOU HAVE NO IDEAS OF WHO THEY ARE SENDING TO YOUR HOME. IT IS A VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE.
